Éloi / Sailor

You can call me either Éloi or just Sailor is fine, too. Feel free to make up your own name for me. I'm 19 and based on the planet Earth (mostly). 7sailor started in my sophomore year of university, as a computer science major.

I speak English and Spanish, and enough Vietnamese to get me around. I'd also like to learn German in the foreseeable future. Feel free to practice with me, I really like to learn. I think a person who knows at least a bit about everything is a well-rounded individual. That's what's most important to me, I want to be a worldly person.

My life is pretty uneventful, I spend most of my time on my laptop. When I'm not coding or working on schoolwork, I'm probably researching, playing a game, or watching movies.

I also like learning about science (especially medical sciences), maths, English with a focus on classic literature, philosophy, cybersecurity, etc etc. My biggest special interests in the past have been forensic pathology & geometry. Outside of media content, at least. They're still my special interests, but I'm usually depressed.

I'm a very genuine cinephile, and am mainly interested in splatter & horror movies and sfx, and anything old. I'm incredibly critical of all film. Serialized film and literature died in the 1980s.

All my life, I have been described as being "morbidly curious." I didn't have lots of friends as a kid, so I usually found comfort in unorthodox things such as taxidermy, psychology, forensics, true crime, and so on. I also befriended a lot of dead birds on the playground. I never grew out of being the weird kid, I'm just a nerd now, but I'm brooding in my heart. Come visit me in my dark castle... we have Rozz Williams and free gaming desktops.

I'm a collector, too. That's the one interest that has never left me. My favorite collection is my doll collection. Dolls are everything to me. They're hollow on the inside, so there is so much room for personality within them. I talk to all of my dolls and care for them as if they are still living people. Ask me about them.
